The Foundation for Accounting Education (FAE) is a 501(c)(3) organization that administers a strategic initiative of the NYSSCPA—to provide lifelong continuing education to certified public accountants in New York State. The FAE offers a wide selection of courses in multiple formats, including live and on-demand courses online, full- and half-day conferences and seminars.
As an in-house graphic designer at the NYSSCPA I was tasked to redesign the promotional materials for FAE's conferences, its flagship educational events, for the 2020-2021 conference season. The main promotional piece for each conference is a three-fold brochure that includes a detailed description of the conference program on the inside, and a mailer piece on the back of the outside. Additional promo materials include postcards, landing pages, social media, and email banners. The look and feel of the piece are to reflect on the NYSSCPA as a long-established institution with a solid reputation but to be also forward-looking.
